How We Store Your Data

User-submitted data, including form inputs and tool responses, is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database infrastructure provider. Supabase stores data in managed PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest and in transit.

Royalty Rising is an early-stage platform. While we apply reasonable security practices, we recommend you do not submit highly sensitive personal or financial information beyond what is necessary to use our tools.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide to:

Deliver the platform's tools, reports, and diagnostic outputs
Improve and develop the platform over time

Data Submissions

When you submit information through Royalty Rising's tools, that data may be stored in our database (currently Supabase) as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you submit. By submitting, you grant Royalty Rising a limited licence to process and store that data in order to deliver the service.

You may request deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting support@royaltyrising.com.

Intellectual Property

The Royalty Rising name, logo, platform design, content frameworks, and original written content are the intellectual property of Royalty Rising Technologies Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

Educational content shared on the platform for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

Platform Availability

Royalty Rising is an early-stage MVP platform. We do our best to maintain availability and accuracy, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royalty Rising Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs. Our total liability to you for direct losses shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if no payment was made).
